【用途舉例】 ◆黑鐵治具與金屬加工件放入烤爐在持續高溫中經過設定時間(例如數小時)後立刻急速入水冷卻, 本產品不會析出有害物質不會脫落龜裂使得黑鐵治具生銹造成防銹失敗. 簡單說, 有高溫又易生銹的治具或機械設備可應用本產品解決製造問題.
◆在戶外或靠近海邊的廠房內容易生銹的電氣電機設備雖然經過鍍鋅處理但有些已損壞需維修處理，特別是產生高溫(例如300℃)使用本產品可以在高溫下長期防銹數年。
◆鍍鋅管在施工過程中尺寸不能剛好合適，必需切割焊接這時會有一個過熱區，這部分的油漆會受到焊接溫度的影響被破壞，這時要將這段鍍鋅管的油漆焊渣等汙物全部打磨清理乾淨並且焊接處要打磨平整然後才可塗刷高溫鋅塗劑。

Application Stir well before use. Surface to be coated must be free of loose rust, grease,
oil and other soiling. Do not apply onto damp surfaces. Apply with brush or
airless spraying (in general no dilution required; use white spirit only for dilution).

Drying characteristics Touch dry: 10 min. (20°C)

APPROBATION
Can be applicated up to a temperature of maximum -15 °C. We do not recommend an application at
lower temperatures. The drying time at minus temperatures will be much longer.
At temperature of -5 °C to -15 °C, there is a double time of drying.
